About L.O.G Renovation, LLC

L.O.G Renovation, LLC is a Washington-based general contractor specializing in luxury custom homes and high-end remodeling across Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, and the greater Eastside. Our website showcases our construction and renovation services — including kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, home additions, whole-home renovations, basement finishing, and ground-up new construction — and lets homeowners request a free consultation or book an appointment directly with our team.

This site is built for homeowners, property owners, and developers who expect more from their contractor: clear communication, transparent pricing, premium materials, and uncompromising craftsmanship. Whether you are planning a single-room renovation or a complete custom residence, our project management keeps every phase — design coordination, permitting, structure, systems, and finishes — aligned with your budget and schedule.

Founded in 2017, L.O.G Renovation, LLC is built and operated by a coordinated team of construction professionals and approximately 30 field workers. We are a licensed, bonded, and insured Washington contractor (WA Contractor License LOGREOG834MM), and we stand behind our work with comprehensive post-construction support. Every project is managed end-to-end to keep design, permitting, construction, and finish details aligned.
